In the early hours of a Tuesday morning in Jersey City, the life of David Davon Jones, a 24-year-old man, was tragically cut short. Just after midnight on April 30, 2024, police responded to reports of gunfire in the area of Audubon Avenue and College Street. Upon their arrival, they discovered an extensive crime scene and found Jones unresponsive at 1 College St. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body.
