In the South Ward of Newark, on the evening of September 15, 2024, the life of 49-year-old Keep Harris was tragically cut short. In the 400 block of S 11th Street, a burst of gunfire shattered the night, leaving Mr. Harris with fatal wounds. Police were called to the scene, where they discovered him suffering from the assault.
