On March 15, 2024, 30-year-old Anesha Isaacs was fatally shot by her ex-boyfriend, 30-year-old Tylen Jennings, in the parking lot of her workplace near the Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Annandale, Virginia. Isaacs had a protective order against Jennings due to prior incidents of domestic violence. As she left work and entered her car, Jennings arrived, blocked her vehicle with his SUV, and confronted her.
