On a spring morning in Colonial Heights, Virginia, the quiet of Roslyn Landing Park was broken by a grim discovery. On April 18, 2024, the body of 36-year-old Cynthia Chante’ Cint Solomon, a Black female from the nearby city of Hopewell, was found near the riverbank of the Appomattox River.
