Death by Force

On September 6, 2023, 28-year-old Kevyne D'Quadre Flores of Columbia, South Carolina, was fatally shot outside a business on Two Notch Road. Deputies responding to the scene found Flores with a gunshot wound; despite life-saving efforts, he was pronounced dead.
