On October 18, 2023, at approximately 2:30 a.m., 23-year-old Starquan Dwayne Washington was fatally shot outside Barfield’s Bar & Grille near Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Another individual sustained non-life-threatening injuries during the incident. Washington was transported to Grand Strand Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
