In the early morning hours of June 1, 2016, Shahriar Zolfaghari, a 34-year-old man, was working as a Lyft driver in Atlanta, Georgia, to provide for his family. Originally from Tehran, Iran, he had moved to Atlanta after falling in love with his wife, Camila Wright, a Georgia assistant attorney general. He was a devoted husband and a loving father to their one-year-old daughter.
