On March 25, 2023, the Greenville Police Department responded to reports of gunfire near Ohea and Shelby Streets in Greenville, Mississippi. Upon arrival, officers discovered 47-year-old Kelvin Rancifer Sr., a local resident, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
