In the city of Greenville, Mississippi, on the evening of March 25, 2023, the life of 47-year-old Kelvin Rancifer Sr., a Black male, was tragically cut short. Gunfire erupted near the intersection of Ohea and Shelby Streets, prompting a swift response from the Greenville Police Department. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Mr. Rancifer suffering from fatal gunshot wounds.
As the investigation commenced, it was determined that the individuals responsible had attempted to escape the area on foot.
