On April 30, 2023, 43-year-old Leroy Peshoff Jr. was found deceased in his bedroom at his residence on Granger Road near Roxie, Mississippi. The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office responded to a call from a family member around 10 a.m., reporting that Peshoff had been discovered dead. Upon arrival, authorities found that he had suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head.
