In the quiet community of Wren in Monroe County, Mississippi, a grim discovery shattered the peace in early December 2023. Geraldine Demathieu, an 87-year-old woman, was found deceased in her home on Central Grove Road. The unfortunate scene was uncovered on the afternoon of Sunday, December 3rd, when deputies from the Monroe County Sheriff's Department responded to a 911 call made by a concerned family member.
