Thomas Noel McCray Jr., known as "Capt'n," tragically lost his life on Friday, August 11, 2023, in Saginaw, Michigan, at the young age of 21. Born on August 1, 2002, Thomas had just celebrated his 21st birthday a few days before his untimely death.
