On the evening of September 29, 2023, Robert Wayne Lee II, a 40-year-old male from Pontiac, Michigan, was fatally shot inside a local restaurant. The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. at Universal Coney Island on North Perry Street. Lee, who was also known by his online alias 'Boopac Shakur,' entered the restaurant and approached two individuals, an 18-year-old and a 16-year-old, who were seated in a booth.
