On July 1, 2023, David Joseph Octavec, aged 70, was tragically shot and killed in Pylesville, Maryland, along with his partner Timothy Wayne Witherite, who was 62 years old. The incident occurred around 8:49 PM at their residence on Scott Road. Upon arrival, deputies from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office found both men suffering from gunshot wounds.
