Jan Fox, age 44, was found dead on April 13, 1992, along County Road 475, just south of the CR-470 and Interstate 75 interchange in Sumter County, Florida. The cause of death was determined to be a single gunshot wound to the head. Fox's body was discovered early in the morning, at approximately 6:55 AM, by a passerby.
