On March 29, 2024, at approximately 10:38 p.m., a tragic incident occurred in the 5700 block of Emelia Avenue in Overlea, Maryland. Jordan Taylor, a 27-year-old man, was fatally shot during an altercation. When officers from the White Marsh Precinct responded to the scene, they found Taylor suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
