On April 21, 2024, at approximately 3:00 p.m., a tragic incident occurred in the unit block of Whitelaw Place in Parkville, Maryland, resulting in the death of 27-year-old Shakeia Allen. Allen was shot multiple times in the parking lot of the ReNew Apartment Complex off Walther Boulevard. Despite the efforts of responding officers, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
