In the early morning hours of October 12, the quiet of a Columbia, Maryland office park was broken by a grim discovery. During a routine patrol around 2:14 a.m., Howard County police officers found 26-year-old Kendrick McLellan of Baltimore deceased in the driver's seat of his car, parked behind a building in the 8800 block of Centre Park Drive.
