Makayla "Mya" Lacey-Robinson, an 8-year-old girl from Middleton, Wisconsin, tragically died on February 18, 2024, in a murder-suicide incident at her home. The shooting occurred at 6303 Maywood Avenue, where her mother, Jessica Jessmon, opened fire on her family members. Makayla and her 5-year-old brother, Major Lacey-Robinson, were killed in the attack.
