In the afternoon hours of a Friday in Oklahoma City, events unfolded that would cut short the life of 29-year-old Norris Wilson. On October 6, 2023, police were called to a residence at 1125 NW 82nd St. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Wilson, a Black male, already deceased from gunshot wounds. The scene that had been a quiet neighborhood street was now the center of a homicide investigation.
