Jilian Delores (Dalbey) Kelley, a 39-year-old resident of Hugoton, Kansas, tragically lost her life on March 30, 2024, near Eva, Oklahoma. Kelley, born on June 3, 1984, was traveling with her friend Veronica Butler, 27, to pick up Butler's children when they disappeared. Their abandoned vehicle was found on a highway in Texas County, Oklahoma, close to the Kansas border.
