In the small community of Copeland, Oklahoma, a friendly argument took a tragic and fatal turn, ending the life of 32-year-old Jared Beach. On October 18, 2024, what began as a disagreement between friends escalated into a deadly act of violence. Beach was shot and killed, leaving a void in the lives of those who knew him. The incident occurred in the Holiday Shores area, a lakeside community west of Grove.
