Stephen M. Collins, a 37-year-old resident of Marysville, Washington, was fatally shot on January 2, 2023, near the 7200 block of 47th Avenue NE in Marysville. The Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that the cause of death was a gunshot wound, and the manner of death was ruled as homicide.
