In the early morning hours of February 2, 2023, the life of Lawrence Brown, a 33-year-old Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in a residential neighborhood near Graham, Washington. Just before 9 a.m., a distressing 911 call was made by Brown's girlfriend, reporting that he had been shot and the assailants had fled the scene.
