In the quiet suburbs of east Vancouver, Washington, a grim discovery was made on the evening of May 27, 2023. Inside the garage of his home on Northeast 137th Avenue, 58-year-old Randall Scott West, a White male, was found deceased by police officers responding to a call. The initial investigation into his unattended death quickly turned into a homicide case as the Clark County Medical Examiner's Office determined that West had died from multiple gunshot wounds.
