In the quiet Maple Leaf Mobile Home Park in Blaine, Washington, the afternoon of October 4, 2023, was shattered by a single shotgun blast. Vincent Reames, a 67-year-old male resident, was shot and killed in his own driveway. When Whatcom County Sheriff's deputies arrived around 4 p.m., they found Reames lying unresponsive on the ground.
