Jillian Whitney Van Boven, an 18-year-old resident of Concrete, Washington, tragically lost her life on August 9, 2024, in a horrific incident that shocked the local community. Van Boven, along with her boyfriend Taylor Dawson, 19, and his mother Erin Birman, 52, were found dead in the remains of a burned-down house on State Route 530 south of Rockport.
