On September 16, 2024, 61-year-old Martin Morales-Sotelo was found deceased in his vehicle near the intersection of East Wishkah Road and Bear Gulch Road, close to Aberdeen, Washington. A passing driver noticed the suspiciously parked vehicle and alerted authorities around 6:10 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies from the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office discovered Morales-Sotelo inside, having suffered fatal gunshot wounds.
