On February 27, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in New Richmond, Ohio, resulting in the death of Steven Michael Cain, age 50, along with three other family members. The Clermont County Sheriff's Office responded to a civil service call at a home on the 1100 block of Riebel Ridge. As deputies approached the residence, they heard multiple gunshots from inside.
