Crystal Lugo, a 44-year-old woman from Trotwood, Ohio, tragically lost her life on August 22, 2023, in what authorities initially believed to be a car crash but later investigated as a possible murder-suicide. Lugo, who worked at the Dayton Correctional Institution, was involved in an incident that occurred around 3 PM on that Tuesday.
