David Matos, age 28, was tragically killed on September 8, 2007, in Jacksonville, Florida. Matos and his girlfriend, Kelli Chapple, were both shot and killed inside their apartment located off University Boulevard. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene around 3:30 p.m. after a friend of Matos discovered their bodies and called 911.
