Trashawn Reese Troutman, a 17-year-old from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life to gun violence on October 5, 2023. The incident occurred in Cleveland's Collinwood-Nottingham neighborhood, where Troutman was one of two teenagers fatally shot.
