On November 27, 2023, at approximately 6:39 p.m., 26-year-old Kenjuan Keeshawn Howard was fatally shot near the intersection of East Weber Road and McGuffey Road in Columbus, Ohio's North Linden neighborhood. First responders arrived to find Howard suffering from a gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:45 p.m.
Investigations revealed that Howard had been conversing with three individuals shortly before the shooting.
After parting ways, gunfire erupted, resulting in Howard's death. The Columbus Division of Police released images of the three persons of interest and appealed to the public for assistance in identifying them.
The following day, November 28, officers responded to a disturbance near the same intersection and apprehended a 17-year-old male suspect.
