La'Quan Narvell Evans, a 19-year-old from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life on March 30, 2024, in a shooting incident at the Libby gas station located on Libby Road in Bedford Heights. The young man, born on November 17, 2004, at University Hospital in Cleveland, was described as a loving son, big brother, and nephew.
