On May 2, 2024, at approximately 5:35 a.m., Cleveland police discovered 37-year-old LaShawn D. Roby deceased from a gunshot wound near BB's Humble Kitchen on Harvard Avenue and East 173rd Street. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified Roby as the victim.
