On May 2, 2024, at approximately 5:35 a.m., Cleveland police discovered 37-year-old LaShawn D. Roby deceased from a gunshot wound near BB's Humble Kitchen on Harvard Avenue and East 173rd Street. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office identified Roby as the victim.

Investigations revealed that the shooting stemmed from a dispute over food. Authorities identified 37-year-old William Miller as the suspect. Following the incident, Miller led police on a pursuit before being apprehe ...
