Death by Force

On May 5, 2024, in Euclid, Ohio, two-year-old Legend L. Davidson tragically died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Authorities responded to a residence on East 236th Street around 12:30 a.m. after receiving reports of a young child with a serious injury. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the toddler had found an unsecured firearm within the home and accidentally shot himself. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
