On June 30, 2024, Robert Dean Lewis, a 67-year-old resident of McDermott, Ohio, was fatally shot in what authorities are investigating as a homicide. The incident occurred early in the morning at a residence on Euton Road. Emergency responders arrived shortly after a neighbor reported hearing gunfire. Upon arrival, they found Lewis lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being airlifted to St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. ...
