On July 3, 2024, 29-year-old Jordan Jones was found deceased with an apparent gunshot wound inside a vacant house on West Helena Street in Dayton, Ohio. Dayton police responded to reports of a shooting on North Main Street around 10:05 a.m. A community member directed officers to the nearby vacant residence, where Jones's body was discovered.

The Dayton Police Department's Homicide Unit is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding Jones's death. As of now, no arrests have be ...
