On August 31, 2023, Genea Oliver, a 35-year-old woman from Albuquerque, New Mexico, was tragically killed in a shooting incident that claimed the lives of two other individuals as well. The shooting took place in the early morning hours, around 4:30 a.m., in the parking lot of an apartment complex located at 305 Rhode Island St., S.E., in what is known as Albuquerque's "International War Zone".
