On a tragic day, September 5, 2023, the life of 54-year-old White/Caucasian female Melanie Michele Jansen of Maple Grove, Minnesota, was cut short in a vacation rental at Whitebirch Estates in Breezy Point. She and her 29-year-old daughter, Hannah Nicole Parmenter, were found deceased, both having suffered multiple gunshot wounds in what was determined to be a double homicide.
