On February 3, 2024, 24-year-old Osbel Isaac Ornelas of Rochester, Minnesota, tragically lost his life following a road rage incident. Born on March 16, 1999, in Davenport, Iowa, to parents Osbel and Belinda Ornelas, he was the eldest of six children.
