On April 8, 2024, a tragic incident occurred at Rum River Central Park in Ramsey, Minnesota, resulting in the deaths of 4-year-old Laiken Lea Frank, his 9-year-old sister Solara Rea Frank, and their 33-year-old mother Jessica Linette Frank, all from Monticello, Minnesota.
