Diamond Eddie Manly, an 18-year-old male from Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle on March 2, 2025, in Ramsey, Minnesota. Authorities responded to reports of an individual slumped over in a car at approximately 8:33 A.M. on the 14600 block of Snowy Owl Street NW. Upon arrival, law enforcement discovered that Diamond Eddie Manly had suffered an apparent gunshot wound and was deceased.
