In the early hours of a Sunday morning, a graduation party in Haysville, Kansas, turned tragic, ending the life of 20-year-old Armando Garcia of Wichita. The incident unfolded around 12:30 a.m. on May 21, 2023, in the 3000 block of E. 79th St. South. Officers who arrived at the scene discovered Garcia with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. He was rushed to a hospital for medical attention but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
