James Williams, aged 26, was fatally shot on August 31, 2009, in Jacksonville, Florida. The incident took place in what authorities later described as a drive-by shooting. Williams was reportedly targeted while he was walking in a residential neighborhood during the evening hours. Multiple shots were fired from a vehicle, and Williams succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
