In the early morning hours of New Year's Day 2024, the life of 38-year-old Christopher Story, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Galena, Kansas. The incident unfolded at the Galena Estates Apartments, located near the intersection of East 7th Street and State Line Road. At approximately 2:20 a.m., officers from the Galena Police Department were dispatched to the apartment complex following a report of a shooting.
