On a Sunday night in Vivian, Louisiana, the life of 21-year-old C’Aundre Anderson was tragically cut short. On September 10, 2023, Anderson was shot outside his home on North Hickory Street, an act of violence that also left his brother, Cuviondrick Anderson, wounded. After being shot, C'Aundre managed to run inside the house he shared with his brother and two other family members before collapsing in the living room, where he was pronounced dead from a gunshot wound to the torso.
