On a Christmas Eve in Metairie, Louisiana, a young man's life was tragically cut short. Twenty-three-year-old Jeffrey Ramos was in the parking lot of a local business when he was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the early morning hours, casting a dark shadow over the holiday.
