Jeffrey Ramos, a 23-year-old resident of Westwego, Louisiana, was fatally shot in Metairie on December 24, 2023. The incident occurred around 5:00 a.m. in the 4400 block of Wabash Street, where deputies responding to gunfire found Ramos unresponsive in a business parking lot, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
