In the Park Hill neighborhood of Louisville, Kentucky, a tragedy unfolded on the afternoon of May 18, 2023. Vicxon Damaru Gray, a 24-year-old Black male from Fort Wayne, Indiana, was found fatally wounded. The incident occurred in the 1700 block of Wilson Avenue, where Louisville Metro Police officers responded to a call about a person down around 1:30 p.m.
