On February 22, 2024, at approximately 8:31 a.m., deputies from the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office responded to a residence on North Highway 27 in Eubank, Kentucky, following a report of two unresponsive individuals. The caller, concerned after 67-year-old Doris Sue Brock failed to appear for work, discovered both Doris and her husband, 78-year-old James L. Brock, inside their home.
