On a tragic afternoon in Corbett, Oregon, the life of Heather Lynn Booker Briscoe, a 47-year-old White/Caucasian female, was cut short in an act of domestic violence. On June 3, 2023, at approximately 4:50 p.m., the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office received multiple 911 calls reporting a domestic disturbance and the sound of gunshots near the 37000 block of East Historic Columbia River Highway.
